Now hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager (Manager in Training) with a salary of $65,000-$70,000 annually.
Job Overview:
Assist in coordinating and supervising operations, including planning, budgeting, vendor relations, customer service, and ensuring contractual responsibilities are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop work schedules and assign personnel
- Inspect facilities for safety and quality
- Manage inventory and equipment
- Address customer requests and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support policy implementation, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Act as liaison with contractors, clients, and employees
- Participate in meetings and assist with HR concerns
- Travel may be required
Qualifications:
- AA Degree in Business Management or related field + 2+ years experience, or equivalent
- Certifications such as CPR/AED/First Aid a plus; valid driver’s license may be required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds; work may involve sitting, talking, and listening; accommodations available.
