The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of commercial construction projects including office, retail, and restaurant builds throughout South Florida. This role partners closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day management of commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Track project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and buyout processes
Review drawings and specifications for scope coordination
Attend project meetings and assist with reporting and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements
Profile
2-5+ years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer
Experience working on office, retail, and/or restaurant projects
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost controls
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
