Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily operations, lead team development, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Ensure clear communication with employees and customers to promote a positive atmosphere.
• Help meet sales goals, manage inventory, and optimize store performance.
• Oversee store operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and enhance the shopping experience.
• Support financial activities including budgeting and profit analysis.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and promote safety protocols.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 
  Ideal candidates have automotive parts knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in P&L management. Bilingual skills and ASE certification are a plus.
