Seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and enhance client experience in a new Georgetown location.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading sales floor engagement and achieving sales targets
- Fostering client satisfaction through CRM initiatives and strategic retention
- Assisting with operational standards, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Supervising, training, and motivating staff, and supporting scheduling and performance reviews
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
