Join one of the largest and fastest-growing furniture retailers in the US as an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time role with excellent benefits.

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of commissioned sales associates to enhance customer experience and increase sales profitability.
  • Coach staff to set and achieve sales goals, providing support and motivation.
  • Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and participate in the sales process to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive team morale and a high-performing sales environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years retail sales management experience, preferably in furniture, with strong communication skills and bilingual ability (English/Spanish). Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Starting salary is $60,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including 401k, health coverage, and employee discounts.
