The Assistant Store Manager supports sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, stepping in during the Store Manager's absence or shift overlaps.
- Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and supervise retail programs.
- Assist with staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
- Participate in hiring, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, returns, exchanges, and inventory management.
- Oversee store opening/closing duties, security, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure policies are followed, including scheduling, clocking in/out, and safety procedures.
