The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles focus on creating an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests through sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
They work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit, train, motivate Teammates, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

They assist with recruiting, training, and coaching Teammates, execute visual standards, oversee store operations, and handle inventory and safety procedures.
Candidates should have high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred, and physical ability to perform job duties.
