Job Details
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Practice Area: Labor & Employment
Level: Associate (2–5 years of experience preferred)
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters in federal and state courts.
Advise employers on workplace policies, compliance, and risk management.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for depositions and hearings.
Support senior attorneys in all phases of case development and client representation.
Stay current on developments in labor and employment law and contribute to firm publications and presentations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Georgia Bar (or eligible for reciprocity).
2–5 years of relevant labor and employment law experience preferred.
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
