Position Overview

  • Seeking a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, creditor rights, bankruptcy, or real estate litigation.
  • Must have strong knowledge of mortgage industry processes, foreclosure, and lender representation in state and federal courts.
  • Independently manage high-volume contested cases, handling all litigation phases from pleadings to trial.
  • Represent lenders, servicers, banks, and financial institutions in foreclosure, creditor rights, bankruptcy, and related matters.
  • Draft legal documents, advise clients on strategy and risk, and handle title disputes and foreclosure defenses.
  • Support multi-state litigation in Missouri, Kansas, and Kentucky.
  • This in-office role offers a collaborative environment with growth opportunities in mortgage servicing and creditor rights law.

Qualifications include active Missouri Bar license, willingness to obtain licenses in Kansas and Kentucky, strong litigation skills, and excellent client service.
