Key duties include receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping parts, assisting customers with orders, returns, and backorders, and organizing stock. The position requires processing daily stock, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience (2+ preferred), and forklift certification. Knowledge of ERP systems, strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.
Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally overtime, and follow established procedures. No formal supervisory duties are involved. The position emphasizes safety, professionalism, and proactive process improvement.
