The Security Support Specialist is responsible to monitor parking gate, access control, badging, video surveillance, and intercom systems for Spokane Service Area hospitals and clinics. The specialist performs their work in a call center environment receiving non-emergency requests in person and over the phone relating to parking, badging and access. The specialist provides afterhours remote visitor management and surveillance monitoring of entrances utilizing intercom and video surveillance systems. The specialist performs general administrative support tasks and data entry in support of Security Services and Emergency Management.

Required Qualifications:

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
