Position Summary

Responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program's pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.

Major Responsibilities:

Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.

Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.

Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.

Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue

Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program

Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan , vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience required

Keen attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies

Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills required

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required

Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel

Education & Experience:

Associate's degree

Required

Bachelor's degree

1 year(s) of experience in healthcare, particular healthcare group purchasing
