The ATE Engineer role involves overseeing production line testing operations at our Austin, TX site.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring readiness to meet production and quality goals.
- Supervise ATE operations, troubleshoot electromechanical and system issues, and optimize equipment performance.
- Analyze data to improve yield and efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide technical support, conduct training, and maintain a knowledge center for troubleshooting.
- Read schematics, troubleshoot systems, and support design modifications.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
Requirements include a degree in Electrical or related engineering, 2-3 years of production experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication. Leadership, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are valued.
