Attorney

Woodland Hills law firm seeks Associate Attorney with experience in Civil Litigation. Experience in Trust and Probate Litigation, Probate and Trust Administration is a plus. Friendly, small firm environment.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Attorney must have 1-4 years of experience.
• The ideal Candidate is a self starter who must manage a busy case load with heavy client interaction including law and motion, and court appearances.
• The Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of the litigation process and procedures.
• The Candidate must have ability, willingness and desire to maintain caseload independently.
• Partner is willing to mentor candidates with demonstrated skills, or to accommodate more experienced attorneys with the need for time flexibility.

Knowledgeable with computers, MS Office, Excel, Online E-filing Systems with the Court is a must.

Compensation: Salary + Benefits (Depends on Experience)
