Position Overview
The Assurance Director will lead and manage the assurance services team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and enhancing client relationships through effective communication and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assurance services team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit services.
• Oversee the planning and execution of audits in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Review and approve financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights on financial reporting matters.
• Identify areas for improvement in audit processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in audit and assurance services, with a focus on managing teams.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience as an Audit Director or in a similar senior role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
