Job Title: Autism Program Monitor
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Hybrid: Remote with one in-office collaboration day per month.
- Occasional travel may be required for provider visits, investigations, or events.
Pay Rate:
- $24 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
- Alternative: A combination of education, training, and experience, such as:
- Work in public or private human services programs.
- At least 12 college credits in social sciences or human services.
- Experience in case management, service delivery, data collection, or quality assurance.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Program Monitor, you will oversee and support the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) program. Your role includes:
- Monitoring and Compliance:
- Ensure service coordinators, providers, and participants comply with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct site visits, record reviews, and quality assessments of community programs and services.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work with clinical teams, providers, participants, and families to address needs and resolve issues.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and guidance to stakeholders.
- Policy and Administration:
- Assist in developing and revising departmental policies.
- Monitor program activities, review plans, and analyze data for compliance.
- Prepare reports, validate corrective actions, and ensure accurate data maintenance.
- Representation and Advocacy:
- Represent the Bureau at meetings, conferences, and advisory groups.
- Address participant concerns and communicate program goals to stakeholders.
- Additional Duties:
- Respond to inquiries, assess participant eligibility, and assist providers with rates and billing.
