Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automation systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
