We are seeking a dynamic Bartender/Server to deliver exceptional service in our hotel’s bar, pool, and restaurant outlets.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accurate recipes and presentation.
- Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service.
- Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and ensure a clean, organized bar environment.
- Engage with guests professionally, taking orders and offering personalized recommendations.
- Highlight daily specials and promote menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations, including ABC guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with inventory counts and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly, attentive service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
