The role involves assisting the banquet team to deliver efficient, courteous service for all banquet functions, concerts, and catered events.
Responsibilities include understanding room and table setups, buffet presentations, menu items, and banquet standards, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of supplies and workstations.
Employees must adhere to hygiene standards, possess a Food Handlers Card, and maintain a professional appearance.
This non-supervisory position requires at least 18 years old, one year of customer service experience, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 50 pounds, and navigate stairs and ramps. Prior experience in upscale food and beverage is preferred.
Work may involve exposure to second-hand smoke and noise in casino or bowling environments.
