Barback

This is a part-time Barback position at a hospitality venue in Gilbert.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar environment, ensuring product par levels and safety standards are met.
• Support the service team by preparing beverage areas, managing inventory, and performing opening and closing duties.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while interacting with guests and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain proper licensing and certifications.
• Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Requirements include previous experience as a barback, flexibility, strong communication skills, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to lift trays up to 25 pounds. Physical stamina for prolonged standing and walking is necessary.
