Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating POS systems, ensuring accurate transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures.
Team members must communicate effectively, support colleagues, and participate in sales incentives.
Additional duties include setting up and breaking down stations, assisting with party setups, busing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction by checking back and responding promptly to needs.
The position requires physical stamina to stand, lift, and move in a fast-paced, noisy environment, with availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required.
