BCBA - (Independent Contractor)

The job responsibilities include working closely with Regional Clinical Director(s) and BCBAs, creating appropriate programming for clients, leading and mentoring technicians, conducting client assessments, maintaining accurate records, and engaging parents in training. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field, at least 2 years of experience in ABA services, be a BCBA and LBA, and have experience in Telehealth. They should also have a reliable vehicle, laptop with HIPAA protections, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
