Seeking an experienced BCBA to provide ABA therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Compensation: $60-$70/hour with benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and sick leave.
Responsibilities include overseeing clinical services, ensuring policy compliance, enhancing training programs, collaborating with leadership on growth initiatives, and maintaining community presence.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA, 3 years of supervisory experience in behavior assessment and treatment, strong leadership and networking skills, and proficiency in behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, and training development.
Additional skills include effective communication, report writing, project management, and the ability to work independently or in teams. License: BCBA required.
