Our company is seeking a driven individual to join our team as a benefits coordinator. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping and educating others on the importance of insurance coverage. Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to clients by helping them understand their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized insurance plans for clients
  • Prospect and generate new business through referrals and networking
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations
  • Attend training sessions and continue education to stay informed on new products and services
  • Ensure that all client information and records are accurate and up to date
  • Process claims and assist clients with any issues or concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics


Requirements

  • No experience
  • Driver License
  • Authorized to work in US
