Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) | Onsite
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional support to our Spanish- and English-speaking clients and employees. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with employment-related questions, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service in both Spanish and English

  • Assist employees and applicants with inquiries about applications, schedules, and general employment questions

  • Support high-volume periods, including onboarding for new school district contracts

  • Make outbound calls and respond to voicemails, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and friendly manner

  • Use internal systems to track employee interactions and documentation

  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive office environment

What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)

  • Friendly, approachable, and patient communicator

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

  • Comfortable working in a busy, team-based office

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with staffing or janitorial environments

  • Experience with applicant tracking or HR software
