We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is passionate about helping others, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with policy questions, payments, claims, and coverage changes
- Process documents, update account information, and manage client follow-ups
- Help with quoting and onboarding new customers (training provided)
- Support the agency in retention and cross-selling efforts
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and agency management systems
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive office environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and coachable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
