If you’re a driven bilingual (Spanish) personal lines insurance agent with a high gear, digital orientation and a heavy growth emphasis, you’ll likely have a strong interest in this position, which is remote based (home office). Our agents are empowered to sell by using our premium tech tools allowing our strong performers to earn $85k+/year, after initial paid onboarding.

Job Overview

As a Bilingual Insurance Agent, you will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers with the support of DealerPolicy’s cutting edge technology products, by:

(1) Handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month with motivated real-time buyers

(2) Using multiple carrier systems while preparing & cross-selling personalized quotes

(3) Providing expert advice and recommendations to our customers and clients

(4) Closing sales at a strong conversion rate from your high inbound lead flow (no cold calling)

(5) Earn high compensation for sales closers who convert and round buyers at strong levels

 

Requirements

  • A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 18 months experience selling auto insurance
  • Superior personal lines insurance knowledge
  • Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting
  • Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion
  • Work 4 days/week, Off 3 days/week. Remote-based (Home Office)
  • 10-hr work shift (until 9p local time, aligned to auto dealer hours), includes Saturdays
  • Solid computer, IT and systems experience
  • Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling insurance with multiple carriers
  • Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, or other rating tools
  • Home, renters or other property-related insurance sales
