A successful State Farm Agency in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English). Full-time and Part-time positions available. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
