Bistro Poolside Server

The Server provides exceptional customer service by taking and delivering accurate food and drink orders, removing dirty dishes promptly, and offering menu recommendations. They answer questions about the menu, relay orders to the kitchen, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of their area, including cleaning surfaces and arranging tables and chairs. They calculate bills and process payments efficiently.

• Requires 1+ year of experience in fast casual or full-service restaurant settings.
• ServSafe certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs., work in a stationary position, and move about the cafe for extended periods.
