- Perform side work, maintain clean service areas, and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Prepare bills, reset tables, and assist fellow servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Express gratitude to guests and invite them to return as needed.
- Be flexible to assist with various tasks under supervision.
Requirements include
- Good communication skills, basic knowledge of service procedures, and math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods, safely lift up to 10 pounds, and operate a point-of-sale system.
