The BCBA role involves
- Assessing individuals with autism through FBAs and evaluations
- Creating and overseeing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervising RBTs/BTs and providing staff training
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
- Maintaining compliant documentation and ensuring ethical practice
- Staying current with ABA research and contributing to a positive clinical environment
Required qualifications include - Current BCBA certification and relevant experience
- Master’s degree and licensure eligibility in Texas
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred candidates have experience in home/clinic settings, trauma-informed care, and leadership. The position may involve travel and physical activity to engage clients effectively.
