In this role, you'll oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings, providing guidance to RBTs. Based at our clinic, you'll ensure treatment plans are tailored to client goals while promoting clinical excellence and ongoing learning.
Key responsibilities include establishing and managing ABA services to improve client skills, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting treatment plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with standards, collaborating with caregivers, and supporting staff development.
Qualifications include maintaining BCBA and LBA credentials, qualifying as a BACB supervisor, having valid driver’s license and insurance, CPR/BLS certification, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping children. The role requires adaptability, leadership, and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
