Join a trauma-informed residential program serving youth aged 6–17 with behavioral and mental health needs. The role is a hybrid contract position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst as the clinical lead of the ABA program.
Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans, training RBTs, monitoring client progress, ensuring compliance with Medicaid and regulations, and collaborating with residential staff.
Qualifications include active BCBA certification, Texas LBA license, experience with Medicaid ABA services, and supervising behavior technicians.
