Seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the statewide EPSDT-ABA program in Little Rock, AR.
Rate: $87/hour.
Responsibilities include updating assessments, developing and modifying treatment plans, training RBTs and families, overseeing implementation of evidence-based interventions, and monitoring effectiveness.
Weekly tasks involve supervising RBTs (2-6 hours), providing family training, ensuring fidelity, and updating plans every 6 months.
Qualifications: BCBA certification, at least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with children with autism, flexible schedule, and reliability.
Must be committed to providing evidence-based care and supporting families in treatment.
