Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Tampa, FL. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Working part-time or full-time, you will provide expert care and craft personalized treatment plans in our state-of-the-art facility, which supports a diverse patient base and stays on the cutting edge of surgical technologies and methodologies.

Salary: $225,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform various plastic surgery procedures including cosmetic enhancements and reconstructive surgeries.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to discuss desires, options, and realistic outcomes.
  • Create tailored treatment plans while explaining procedures, risks, and post-operative care thoroughly.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records, adhering to legal and health standards.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Engage in continual learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in plastic surgery.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Must be Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.
  • Hold a valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
  • Demonstrable experience in a wide range of plastic surgical procedures.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and patient confidentiality rules.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sub-specialization in areas such as microsurgery, aesthetic breast surgery, or pediatric reconstructive surgery.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a medical setting.
