What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Town Center branch to ensure efficiency and exceptional member service
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
  • Drive branch performance by coaching staff to meet sales, service, and financial goals
  • Build strong relationships with members and the community to support growth in deposits, loans, and membership
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute outreach and community engagement strategies
  • Maintain operational excellence, including cash handling, vault management, transactions, and compliance (BSA)
  • Ensure adherence to security, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance member and employee experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of relevant leadership or branch banking experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and influence outcomes
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and quality service standards
  • Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Relevant education, certifications, or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings). The position is based at our Town Center Branch.
