What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Town Center branch to ensure efficiency and exceptional member service
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
- Drive branch performance by coaching staff to meet sales, service, and financial goals
- Build strong relationships with members and the community to support growth in deposits, loans, and membership
- Partner cross-functionally to execute outreach and community engagement strategies
- Maintain operational excellence, including cash handling, vault management, transactions, and compliance (BSA)
- Ensure adherence to security, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance member and employee experience

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of relevant leadership or branch banking experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and influence outcomes
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and quality service standards
- Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Relevant education, certifications, or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings). The position is based at our Town Center Branch.
