Buca di Beppo Server

This role involves providing exceptional guest service in a lively Italian-themed restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere. The Server greets guests warmly, takes and accurately records orders, serves food and beverages, upsells, and ensures a high-quality dining experience. Responsibilities include pre-bussing, resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety and sanitation policies. Key qualities include strong communication, honesty, teamwork, customer focus, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior server experience is advantageous, with six months as a Wait Assistant required for promotion.
• Must use all sensory abilities—vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, speaking.
