Colorado Academy is seeking highly motivated, professional school bus driver/relief driver applicants. Responsible for safely driving a school bus, abiding by all rules and regulations set forth by Colorado Academy and Federal and State Governments.


Candidates must be able to maintain safe and proper student conduct during route. They must also accurately prepare and submit all necessary records and reports, perform pre and post trip inspections and clean buses for every shift. Candidates must be willing to provide office assistance as required. If interested, please come ready to be part of a professional, team-oriented, hard working atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Driving safely is most important qualification
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Must possess a current Colorado CDL Class B – SP2
  • Motor Vehicle Record must meet school safety standards
  • Must pass Department of Transportation physical exam
  • Must pass Criminal Background Check
  • Being a highly motivated team player with professional attitude is necessary.

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any discrepancies that may exist do not relate to sex. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility for all benefit programs is defined by the applicable plan document.
