The Business Analyst position is based in Augusta, ME (Hybrid) and reports to the PMO Director of Transformation Management.
The role involves analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting user acceptance testing, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams to define requirements, conducting gap analysis, designing current and future-state workflows, and identifying process improvements.
The ideal candidate is proficient in business process modeling, Office 365 tools (Excel, Visio), and experienced in workshop facilitation, process mapping, and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI).
Preferred skills include understanding government structures, requirements gathering best practices, and serving as a mediator between business and technical stakeholders.
Must be autonomous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
