The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining requirements, managing work backlogs, setting priorities, and overseeing IT development stages for SUCCESS platform modules, including planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation.
Candidates should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner management, and software development lifecycles.
Expertise in requirements management, Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN), and writing user stories for testing and validation is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Required skills include AWS, Agile, JIRA, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
