The Order Management System (OMS) Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements related to the core OMS used across departments.
They must work independently to meet with stakeholders, collect detailed requirements, and communicate with Product and Technical teams.
Required experience includes 3+ years as a Business Analyst, OMS expertise, knowledge of supply chain/logistics, and experience in CPG, pet food, or health industries.
Skills include strong communication, process orientation, Agile methodology, SaaS platform knowledge, and familiarity with source control and change management.
Preferred certifications include ECBA, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or CBAP.
This is a high-priority role demanding a results-driven, self-sufficient individual with strong business and technical understanding.
