Job Description:
Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations.
Skills:
Qualitative Research Concept Development Performance Metrics Data-Driven Decision Making Strategic Planning Data Integration Market Research Business Intelligence (BI) Analytical Thinking Experience: 8%2B years related experience required.

Ability to work remote: Hybrid role, 3 days in office minimum
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Days of the week: Monday-Friday Must be flexible to work on weekends, will need to work extra hours on weekends at times.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Change Management Oversee the change management process, including evaluating, prioritizing, and approving change requests.
Ensure all changes align with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk and impact assessments for proposed changes to minimize disruptions.
Maintain and update the Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and facilitate CAB meetings.
Monitor and report on the success and impact of changes post-implementation.
Release Management:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate software and hardware releases across development, testing, and production environments.
Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business priorities.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of releases.
Manage release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and rollback strategies.
Ensure releases comply with governance, security, and quality standards. 3. Process Improvement
Continuously evaluate and enhance change and release management processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Implement best practices and frameworks such as ITIL for change, release, and configuration management.
Drive automation of repetitive tasks in the change and release processes where applicable. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between technical teams (e.g., developers, engineers, and IT operations) and business units to ensure clear communication.
Work with project managers to align change and release activities with project deliverables.
Provide training and guidance to teams on change and release management processes. 5. Risk and Issue Management
Identify potential risks associated with changes and releases and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage and resolve issues that arise during the change or release process.
Maintain a rollback plan to ensure quick recovery in case of failed deployments. 6. Reporting and Metrics
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for change and release success, such as success rates, downtime, and adherence to schedules.
Provide regular updates to leadership on change and release activities, risks, and outcomes.
Must Have Technical Skills:
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
