Roles and Responsibilities:
OnboardingTraining
Taking ownership from others to research and close publisher tickets that are received on behalf of consumers

Must Have Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Experience with researching and closing customer support tickets
Basic Project Management Experience

Customer facing experience
Soft Skills:strong attention to detail, strong communication both written and verbal, comfortable with repeating similar tasks day to day, analytical, willing to collaborate with others

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree
