ICONMA, is looking for a Business Development Manager for their Austin, TX Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new business development and sales execution.
  • Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote and its services.
  • Generate new revenue by selling services and solutions to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new and existing opportunities in the local and national markets by understanding client and market needs.
  • Maintain a list of 50+ mid-size/large companies to actively and aggressively pursue.
  • Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of business development, sales, or similar experience within the staffing industry OR sales experience in related fields such as consulting, software or IT.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
