Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development and sales execution.
- Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote and its services.
- Generate new revenue by selling services and solutions to clients.
- Identify and pursue new and existing opportunities in the local and national markets by understanding client and market needs.
- Maintain a list of 50+ mid-size/large companies to actively and aggressively pursue.
- Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business development, sales, or similar experience within the staffing industry OR sales experience in related fields such as consulting, software or IT.
- Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
