We are representing a rapidly growing Texas-based company that provides workforce housing, catering, temporary facilities, and critical site support services for some of the largest data center and mission critical construction projects in the country.
This is not an entry-level sales role.
We are looking for a true relationship-driven business development professional who already knows the Southeast mission critical market and can open doors immediately.
The ideal candidate already has strong industry relationships in the Southeast US market
If you already know the key decision-makers in this space, this role gives you the platform, support, and compensation to capitalize on those relationships in a major way.
• Build and grow relationships with general contractors, EPC firms, mission critical builders, and project executives
• Identify and pursue upcoming data center and large scale construction projects throughout the Southeast
• Open doors with key decision-makers tied to workforce housing, catering, temporary facilities, and site support services
• Develop strategic partnerships with major contractors and project teams
• Represent the company at jobsites, industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Track opportunities, pipeline activity, and customer communication through CRM
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to support project execution and customer success
• 5+ years of business development or strategic sales experience within construction, mission critical, workforce housing, staffing, hospitality, site services, or related industries
• Existing relationships with major contractors, project teams, and decision-makers involved in data center or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of how large construction projects are awarded and managed
• Ability to generate opportunities through relationships, networking, and direct outreach
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Southeast region
• Highly motivated, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience selling into the data center or mission critical construction market
• Existing relationships with hyperscale contractors and major GC’s
• Background in workforce housing, catering, temporary facilities, staffing, or remote site services
• Experience working in fast-moving project environments where responsiveness and execution matter
Hybrid role based in the Southeast region.
Candidates located within 40 miles of San Antonio, Texas are highly preferred.
Exceptional candidates located elsewhere in the Southeast with strong industry relationships will absolutely be considered.
