Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Designer position include:
- 10-15 years of experience in the fabricated aluminum railing industry
- Strong CAD drafting skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience with metal aluminum fabrication projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators on designs
- Assist with estimating as needed, though role is primarily CAD-focused
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all drawings and plans
- Work directly with manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance-based bonus.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance (50% paid), weekly pay, six paid holidays, and two weeks of vacation.
