We are seeking a CAD Technician in Indianapolis, IN, for a full-time, on-site role within the CAD/Engineering Support department.
- Assist engineering and design teams by creating and updating 2D/3D CAD drawings based on specifications and redlines.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage drawing databases, file systems, and version control.
- Help prepare technical documents, layouts, and schematics.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of CAD experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and an understanding of drafting principles. Experience with Revit, SolidWorks, or related software is a plus. A degree or certification in CAD or related fields is preferred.
Bonus skills include familiarity with industrial or mechanical drawings, interpreting blueprints, and eagerness to grow within a technical team.
