The Cake Decorator position is a part-time role in the bakery department, reporting to the Bakery Manager.
Responsibilities include decorating all ordered cakes, maintaining clean and stocked shelves, coding products for freshness, and accurately wrapping, packaging, and pricing items.
The role involves providing prompt, courteous customer service, greeting customers, and ensuring all cake orders meet satisfaction.
Additional duties include answering phones for special orders and assisting with baking when needed.
Applicants should have strong communication skills, manual dexterity for decorating and packaging, reading and writing abilities for tagging, previous cake decorating experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
