Call Center Agent
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Call Center Agent for a company based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and text in a call center environment.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour through training, upon completion of training and OJT, pay will be adjusted to $17.60/hr.

Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm through training. (Subject to change based on company needs)

Call Center Agent Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer phone calls.
• Email and call customers to resolve issues.
• Provide accurate and timely follow-through on all customer inquiries or correspondence requiring research.
• Efficiently and accurately enter and maintain all customer account data and activity in appropriate systems.
• Maintain schedule adherence for shift start, breaks, and lunches.

Call Center Agent Qualifications and Requirements:
• Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented.
• 3 years of call center experience REQUIRED
• Technical support experience a plus
