Call Center Customer Service Representative

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who are looking for contract opportunities with similar specifications to those listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Support all product, services, and education programs to include 800# lines
- Manage switchboard and answer or direct incoming phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally
- Use various systems, software, and support tools efficiently
- Retrieve member profiles and subscription information
- Provide information to members via phone and email once proper identification is verified
- Assist with granting site access and updating usernames and passwords for clients
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Experience in an office environment and/or in healthcare preferred
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stressful circumstances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail when verifying and handling sensitive personal information
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
